Attorney Leslie Logan 

LESLIE ANNE LOGAN has been practicing law for more than three decades and has earned a reputation as a top litigator in southeast Michigan. Her firm specializes in several areas including family law, insurance litigation (subspecialty in subrogation), representing financial institutions, estates and wills and real estate matters.

Michelle Barry

Michelle Barry has been practicing law for thirty five years, first in private practice, then as an assistant Oakland County Prosecutor. Using her outstanding courtroom skills, she spent 25 years as a referee in Oakland County’s Friend of the Court. She is now utilizing those skills in the private sector and as a private Mediator.

Lori Petty

Lori Petty has been a member of Logan & Associates for over thirty years. She holds a business degree which helps her with many aspects of her position. Lori has been an invaluable resource for both the clients and the attorneys for whom she provides support.

Jason Shinn

Jason Shinn has been practicing law since 2001. He focuses on representing companies and individuals under federal and Michigan employment law, including discrimination and whistleblower claims. Mr. Shinn also represents clients in noncompete, trade secret, and other business disputes. More information about Mr. Shinn’s professional experience is available here.

LuannE JOhnson

Luanne Johson is a member of the firm’s administrative support staff. She is a subrogation specialist dealing directly with clients and parties. Luanne is an asset to the clients by being available and able to provide information and assistance as needed.

Kyle Peircey

Kyle Piercey joined Logan & Associates in 2012 as an associate attorney. He specializes in insurance subrogation, claims defense and general litigation. He also has expertise in recovering debt and defending financial institutions.

 

Mackenzie Walz

Mackenzie Walz is a paralegal at Shinn Legal. She has a BA in political science from the University of Michigan. Ms. Walz focuses on assisting in employment, business, and noncompete litigation. Ms. Walz will be attending the University of Michigan Law School in the fall of 2017. She plans to pursue her passion for civil rights and anti-discrimination law.

And, we've got an office mascot. Milo reports to work everyday just like the rest of us. Granted he didn't actual to law school, but everyone loves having him around.
